Meet Steff
I'm a passionate yoga teacher, certified breathing practitioner, and experienced executive coach. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others find inner peace and balance, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals on their wellness journey. My expertise in yogic practises, breathwork, and coaching provides a holistic approach to stress management and personal growth.
Once an Operations Manager consumed by the demands of the fashion industry, I experienced firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic stress. It was through the practice of yoga and breathwork that I discovered a path to healing and renewal. Inspired by my own journey, I am committed to sharing the life-changing benefits of these practices with others.

Why have I created this £1 Workshop?
The yogic practices I teach have turned my life upside down. Inspired by my journey from a highly stressed individual to a more peaceful person, I created this workshop to share what I have learned through my own experience and from my teachers. Recognising the increasing prevalence of stress and burnout in today's fast-paced world, I am committed to providing YOU with practical tools to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing.
